		<description>&lt;b&gt;In Santa Barbara ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; In Santa Barbara County, we have a HUGE amount of bank owned homes on the market, and even more properties that are advertised as &#039;short sale, subject to lender approval&#039;.   Contrary to what the guy on CNBC said, we are NOT seeing any overbids, and even though some of these homes are on the market for months, they are still not selling.  Anything under $800,000 is just sitting ( I now that sounds strange, but that is cheap in the City of Santa Barbara)</description>
